BUILD - UNBUILD - REBUILD opens in Chemnitz
The THEATER DER WELT archive showcases 45 years of festival history at the Spinnbau.
For 45 years, the THEATER DER WELT festival has been touring Germany, taking place at a new location each year. How does a festival shape the city in which it takes place, and, in turn, how does the city shape the festival? This year, the THEATER DER WELT festival is coming to Chemnitz. With a focus on the temporariness of the festival, the archive and the theatre, this exhibition dares to take a look behind the scenes.
